Q: The iteam u hv requsteted is courrently not avalible in Pakistani store???

I want to ask why is apple dnt hv one store that ppl who live on all regin can usee theire

Apps tell me what shud I do to get those apps whom I can't get in Pakistani store

If I change my country them there must be some apps whom not avalible in their country too

Can u plz tell me which country ur all apps avalible?

You can't change your country and this is just the way it is. You can only set both iTunes and the App Store to the country you are living in and using your Mac in.
