How to take my credit card off from the payment center and download free apps without a credit card.

This is an existing account, it's not a new account ? If it is and if you are just logging into the account (not when trying to download something) : If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support

Hey i had this probleom but i solved it.

Go to Settings itunes and appstores, apple id , view apple id, sign in and go to payment info click on any of the credit cards above then click on none again.

Do you have an URL of the page where you can choose Payment Type "none"? I can only find this page: https://secure2.store.apple.com/us/account/setup which gives the followintg (it opens with my personal data filled in; I deleted it before taking this snapshot, but it does not let me save without filling in valid data in the yellow fields. Payment methods are Visa, MC, Amex or Discover; no "none" option.
