How can see my address book contacts in Skype on my iPad Mini ?

I have just purchased an iPad Mini 64gig WIFI ONLY.

I downloaded and installed Skype for iPad on my iPad Mini signed in with 2 different accounts, one with a subscription and one with not( the free version).

In skype app on mini when I tap on iPad contacts it says there are no contacts on my iPad. I checked with Apple tech support an they verified they are there on the iPad.

Also in privacy settings under contacts Skype is not in list of apps.

Reinstalled app many times, rebooted many time and reset the iPad Mini.

No change same issue.

Same accounts on my Macbook and iPone works no problem and see address book contacts through Skype app no problem.

Any body have any idea ?
