"Bluetooth is not available" after reboot

Every time I reboot or shut down and later power up my Mac Pro, I get "Bluetooth is not available".

If I then shut down my Mac, unplug the power cord, plug it back in and then power it up, Bluetooth works again.

Anyone know anything about this? It seems like something needs to be reset at boot that isn't being reset...

Mac Pro (Early 2009), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 8-core, 2x120GB SSD RAID0, 6GB
