Hi there,
All of a sudden, I cannot watch youtube at all.
The screen will remain black all the time with no play button to click.
My firewall is set to off. I have also clear all my cache memory and it is still the same in both Safari as well as Chrome browser !
Any ideas ?

Thanks but is the problem because of Adobe Flash Player because I can play YouTube in Firefox browser but not Chrome & Safari.
Ok I tried your link but I got this message when I tried to download:
Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available

I can play YouTube in Firefox browser but not Chrome & Safari.
Chrome issues - post in their forum area or contact their tech support.
Safari issues - post in the Safari forum area.
Since the flash player works in Firefox, it appears your issues are browser related. Have you tried repairing permissions and restarting your computer?
Had the same problem and solved it after extensive research. Turns out that YouTube is surreptitiously enrolling viewers in a Trial Beta test of an HTML5 viewer. Go to this link, and if it says you ARE enrolled click the link at the bottom to "LEAVE" the trrial. This worked for me immediately!
