I have a iTunes Server installed on my NAS, and it stores all my photos, songs and movies.

Movies are shown on iTuness "Shared Library", however, I have no way to sync those movies to iPad (iOS 6.0.0) , as it showns "0 movies".

I appear to have the same problem.
I have a movie in iPad format in iTunes on my desktop.
When the iPad was connected and synced with the desktop Mac, the movie showed up in iTunes under Movies and having ticked it, followed by apply, the operations bar said the file was being copied.
The iPad shows up in ITunes under ‘Devices’ and clicking on Moviesmin the sublist under the iPad name, the movie appears to be there.
However, on disconnecting the iPad, looking on my iPad I can't find a trace of a movie file anywhere. It isn’t showing up in the Video app.
How to sync movie from home share?
