I purchased Numbers for my iPad and would like to use it on iPhone 5, must I purchase again?

I purchased Numbers for my iPad and would like to use it on my iPhone 5 now; do I have to purchase the iPhone version or can I download the other copy from the cloud? If I can download the one I purchased perviously, can you provide instructions (it is not showing up in my 'apps not on this iPhone')?
