CHANGE TEXT CASE

Im trying to change the case of my text(im using NUMBERS) but Im sure this is a universal program function.

I remember back in the day when I used to use PC that there was a function to change the case from lower to upper case. It seems redundant to do it all manually, Im sure there is a simple select, click option to this problem. Can you do this on MAC programs?
