CS6 users can and 10.8.2 has support for GTX 570 and 670/680s, most common choice.

So, lets say that I dual boot my machine and install windows 7 64-bit... Would that enable me to use any video card... if I download the correct drivers?

A PC card lacks that early screen seen in boot until login and used for boot manager, safe mode, etc
