How do you transfer Notes from the Mac to the iPad
I'm trying to transfer data I placed in Notes to my iPad but the Notes won't sync like they do on the iPhone.
Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), 16GB RAM, 4 Disk Drives (internal)

Ronald - did you ever resolve this - same prblem here - can'r beleive it can be done, but then Apple doing some mighty strange things.these days. Russell
If you set up iCloud for both the Mac and for your iPad, it's automatic, unless you check the box to not sync it.
For your Mac, go to System Preferences>iCloud and enter your AppleID and password. Check off which items you want synced.
For your iPad, go to Settings>iCloud and do the same thing.
Voila Notes is synced.
Thank you. I'm not a big fan of placing my personal notes on a cloud-based server right now but thank you for the information. Very helpful.
OrangeMarlin of L.A. was very helpful. I'm not a cloud person right now but knowing I have the option to sync my Mac & iPad to the cloud for Notes is good to know.
