I have selected US iTune Store but now I have to download my updates from the Vietnam iTune Store. Why it that necessary?
After all, the US should have the most comprehensive and available of all items internationally.

You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...
