Backup keeps failing on iPhone 5.. The phone has wireless turned on and 4gb is available on account more than plenty of storage space.. Computer backup is fine.
Does anyone know what's going wrong?

What is the message, if any, you're reiciving during the backup? How much content are you trying to backup? Just because you have 4GB of icloud storage doesn't mean that your not exceding that with your attempted backup.
