Why is Disney's Tangled not currently in the iTunes US Store?

I was about to buy Tangled in the US iTunes store in HD, but it does not display the product; rather, it shows the movie being available in the Australian iTunes Store for $24.99 while it was on sale for $14.99 in the US iTunes Store a few days ago.

Why was the product switched in availability from one country to another?
