ITunes 11: stuck in column browser

For some reasons the options under View->Column Browser are greyed out. Even though I have column browser on. I can't turn it off. Cmd+B doesn't work either. The only way i can get rid of it is to change the View. Which I don't want.. I want it listed. Am I missing something obvious?
