Q: Apple no longer allows us to make an Apple ID without providing billing info. ***?

I can't use my Apple ID to download any apps because it keeps asking for my billing info.

 

Contrary to the July '12 thread in the community, there is no option to pick "None" as a billing option.

I did exactly as they said but when I get to the billing information page, I can only choose from VISA, AMEXPS, PAYPAL lol, theres no "NONE"

 

Sad face x 10

 

Forget you Apple, I should have gotten a Zune lol.
