I can't use my Apple ID to download any apps because it keeps asking for my billing info.
Contrary to the July '12 thread in the community, there is no option to pick "None" as a billing option.

I am a new Apple customer and there is no "None" option. I have tried it on a different Apple ID
Have you followed the advice as outlined in the article below? Especially the section to select a "Free App"

I did exactly as they said but when I get to the billing information page, I can only choose from VISA, AMEXPS, PAYPAL lol, theres no "NONE"

It may not be an option in your location, but it is in others, please don't mislead other users.
There's no "none" Option.
Now tired have to forget the apple.

Apple no longer allows us to make an Apple ID without providing billing info. WTF?
