The DVD was from Deutsche Grammophon and I only see: audio files and video files.

2. Select your device on the left in iTune
3. Select App on top of screen
4. Scroll to bottom of page and you'll see File Sharing

Dec 13, 2012 8:54 PM in response to Diavonexby caragonr ,I only find Add, and when I try to add the DVD show AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS, and the audio is unable to transferr. The video shows many folders with the ? sign in it.

You can see a list of format that is compatible with the app in the info page.
