I'm running Windows 8 Enterprise with iTunes 11.

Every time I unplug my iPhone 5 from my PC, Windows 8 crashes with IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

It only seems to happen if you have iTunes installed.  Without iTunes Windows 8 doesn't crash.

Anyone else have this issue?

iPhone 5, Other OS, Windows 8

That's a Windows problem, not an iPhone problem.

Actually, it's an iPhone and iPod problem. If Apple can't get their products to run on Windows, they're doomed.  Anyone known when Apple will get a fix for this?

Well then I guess they're just going to cave in on themselves, then. Apple is doomed. Never mind that the vast majority of people using Windows don't have this problem. And never mind the fact that the vast majority of the people who have this problem realize it's a problem with their PC.

You either have a driver conflict on your machine or a hardware problem.  Apple can't fix either one.

Just spoke with Apple tech support. They are aware of the bug and are supposedly working on a fix. The problem is Ipods/Iphones and Windows 8 at this point. Check out all the discussions to see others who are having the same problem.
