what about icloud contacts only to be transferred to a new sim card

I am getting a new sim card but only want the icloud contacts to be copied on the new sim. I have same phone and number but the contacts on my old sim has contacts that i dont want. Only when I connecte to Icloud that the list of contacts are correct. So how do I transfer the icloud contacts and not all contacts from old sim?
