I hav bought Bento 3 and would like to import addresses that already exist on a Filemaker Pro 5 file. I will probably have to import the addresses to Address Book first, but have had no success at doing that. Address Book doesn't recognize the export files from FM Pro. Would it be possible to import the files directly into Bento?

It's been years since I used FMP 5 (it's FMP 12 now), but I am fairly certain you can export FMP 5 data as an Excel file. (You do not need to have Excel installed to do this.) And Bento can import from an Excel file.
In summary, FMP to an Excel file to Bento.
