Siri not giving me directions to spoken address
I am having problems with asking Siri to direct me to a spoken address.
Firstly, my hardware is an iPhone 4S, with iOS 6.0.1.
I have tried a hard and soft reboot, and have tried resetting Siri.
With me work I need to navigate to an pay address, that means its not in my address book, nor do I want a temporary clients address in my phone contacts, so I ask Siri to "direct me to 75 Baker Street Rainford" (Address made up for illustration purposes only).
Siri responds "I found 14 places matching Rainford, tap the one you want directions to:"
Then a list made up of bus stations, pubs and golf clubs is shown.
Why does Siri not give me directions to a known legitimate address. I'm SURE Siri did in previous iOS versions.?!?!?
I have tried other ways of asking Siri too! "Take me to..." "Give me Directions to..."
Maybe it's a bug in Siri, or someone at Apple has forgot to flick a switch to allow Siri to do this kind of request?...Who knows?!??!?
You'd think that once a function is added to any part of Apple Software, including Siri, then any further future releases to 'improve' it, things would be built upon, instead of, "Yes, we've had to disable this for now", or, "This is a problem which should be sorted in the future."
Very frustrating!!!
