iTunes says the registry settings used for burning and importing CD/DVDs are missing.

I keep getting the message that the registry settings used by the drivers for burning/importing CD/DVDs are missing; pls reinstall iTunes. I did that and the message is still there each time I open iTunes. Now what? How do I get those settings back after a full reinstall from Apple?

Thx!

I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)
