printing contact photos from address book

HI, I used to be able to go into Address Book and print a 'list' of my contacts with their photos next to their name. See the sample below. But when I try this lately, I have the optinon to select the photo but the photo does not show up when I print. This seems to have changed in OS10.7. Any ideas how to get the photo to print?
