ATT MCELL issues with iPhone 5

I have no problem connecting to my ATT microcell with my iPhone 5.

In fact, the problem is when I leave the range of the Microcell. Instead of my of conecting to the LTE network, my iPhone connects to EDGE. The only way to get on the LTE network is to turn on and off airplane mode, otherwise I am stranded on E.

Please help!
