i have new iPhone 5 .6.0.1
after i got it , i restore the data from my iPhone 4
but i have still the Badge On Settings Icon still that show me that i have to update
and in my software update . it's show "your software is up to date"
how can i remove the Badge ?

Reboot your iPhone. If it still there try to Reset your iPhone. Hold down the Power and Home button until apple logo appears. Release and wait to reboot.
already tried it ... no help...
Did you ignore the "Slide to Power off" and keep holding the buttons until you see the Apple logo?

Sorry but i forgot to ask if you removed the Settings app from multitasking bar before you reboot/reset?
