Is it possible to use Migration Assistant to migrate to a home folder which is not located on the start-up disk?

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate my wife's home folder from a MacBook Pro to a new account I've set up on my Mac Pro.

On the Mac Pro I have my Users directory set up on a separate large internal HDD instead of the SSD I use for the system and applications. Migration Assistant seems to only want to migrate accounts to the SSD - does anyone know of a workaround for this?
