How to fix "Cannot connect to the App Store" while launching App Store application?

Hi,

i'm facing couple of the problem on Macmini OS X 10.6.8 as mentioned below:

1. i'm getting "Cannot connect to the App Store" after launching app store.

2. i'm getting "iTune Could not connect to the iTune Store" after launching iTune.

Please suggest me how can i connect both problem on Macmini OS X 10.6.8

Had the same issue. Looked at every single fix on all the forums. Nothing worked. Turned out my date and time were not correct on my computer and somhow that was messing it up.

System Preferences > Date and Time

Worked for me!
