iPhone 5 first charge

Hello, i have an iPhone 5 and i haven't chrage it yet. What should i do in the first charge?

Nothing special needed. Occasionaly let the battery run down so the phone shuts down, then charge. This will calibrate the battery level display.

Sorry,

I bought the iPhone 5 and it was my first iphone...When I powered it on, I used it for a while and then i charged it...(but it wasn't shutted down)..Is it a problem for its battery life??
