Hi,
I can not pair my iPhone5 with my 2010 Passat CC. Audio is RNS 510. Bluetooth is from VW, but not coming with the car; it was installed later. It sais "Phone is not compatible".
Please advise how to resolve the issue.

This question has been solved before in another discussion:
"Just turn on Bluetooth to the phone and then setup new device on the VW. Passcode was 0000. All works."

Actually my VW identifies my iPhone 5 and it appears in the device list. The problem is in pairing. At this stage it sais "Mobile phone is not compatible".
How can I resolve it?
