Q: Lose Projects?

What happens to my halfway completed "Projects" when I update to Iphoto '11

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

    Ideally, nothing. They should still be there when updating is completed.

     

    But many people (and I would be one of them) caution against updating any software that you're using on a particular project before completing it unless there's a compelling reason to do so. Why? because sometimes things go wrong...

     

    No matter what you decide always make a back up before updating any software.

    Thanks for you input.  I went ahead and ordered the project and will back up now.
