Q: I just downloaded the new Itunes onto my laptop.  When I click on "Go to store" nothing happens.  It just spins

I just downloaded the new itunes onto my laptop.  When I click "go to store" it just keeps on spinning and doesn't connect to the store.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still happens.
