Is anyone still having issues applying red eye fix to photos? I've read through a few posts and tried the reprocess master but nothing seems to work. I've downloaded updates and red eye reticle doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Would you explain how it isn't working. Does the reticle not appear? Does it appear but not apply the adjustment? Does it work on some images and not others (sometimes the "red eye" is more white-ish from flash and won't be picked up by redeye)?

The eyes appear white and red in the photo, the reticle appears and I resize the radius and try to adjust the sensitivity but nothing happens, I hit "return" and expect to see the eyes with the black blob that appears when you fix it in iPhoto but nothing happens.
Just to be clear, nothing ever happens on any photo? The way you describe the white and red makes me think you're running into the issue I described where some images, red eye isn't picked up because its more a pink look...
You're right nothing ever happens on any photo, the flash reflection in the eyes remains. So i don't really have folks with "red" eyes just white. Is that the problem, the "red eye" fix can't detect the imperfection?
The redeye fix will remove red eyes, not white eyes - it is recognizing the red retina illuminated by the flashlight, as seen through the wide open pupil. It does not remove white, specular highlights from the eyes.
To get rid of specular reflection - white spots - brush in saturation and less intensity.
