Cant copy my videos to iPad 4

Hello

I have some videos from holidays i edited in FCP X and then exported through compressor, im trying to copy them on iPad 4 but iTunes dont let me do this, it says the video cant be played on iTunes, why is that?

Format:

H.264 / AAC / 50 FPS / 1080P / .MOV
