Help how do I get my new iPad mini to update my calendar on my iPhone and iPad thru the exchange server?
iPhone 4, iOS 5.0.1, Also microphone doesn't work
Just set up your Exchange account on your iPad, making sure you turn on the Calendar option, and it should sync automatically.

Also, if you want appointments created on the iPad mini to sync to Exchange( and then to the other devices), be sure that Exchange is set up as the default calendar account on the mini.
