hi, my macbook pro has been cutting to black, and when i have a video playing upon the black screen coming up, the volume will lag horribly. If i try to restart, i will get the normal start up, except the apple logo will look pink. help?

hey, my macbook pro has been randomly cutting to a black screen. when i try to restart it, it cuts to the normal startup, except everything is all pink and it then freezes on the white screen. hlep guys?

Solution may be found if you search in the "More Like This" section over in the right column.

Also, see if your model Macbook Pro applies - MacBook Pro: Distorted video or no video issues. The affected computers were manufactured between approximately May 2007 and September 2008.
