Bootcamp Black Screen

So I've been searching sites for hours looking for a solution but yet to find one. When I partition the drive it restarts and goes to a black screen. Even if I select the USB with Windows Installer on it, it goes black screen again.

Any help is appreciated because this is currently the most infuriating thing I have ever done.
