The App Store disappeared from my daughter's 4s. How do I get it back?

It is very likely on another page, in a folder, or you have your restrictions set.
Check all of these.
Check Settings>General>Restrictions to make sure Installing Apps is set to On. If it is, check all her screens and inside all her folders as it can't be deleted. If you still can't find it go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Reset Home Screen Layout; this will restore the original app arrangement but may move other app icons around to do so.
