I cannot update my contacts from Entourage to my iPhone using iTunes 11.0. The online instructions refer to an "info tab" which does not appear on the new iTunes. Help!
It's in the device settings. Connect the device to iTunes and select the device next to the iTunes Store button or from the left sidebar if you have it enabled. The Info tab is next to the Summary tab at the top.

Thank you. Big problem was having contacts sync through iCloud. I disabled the iCloud sync on the iPhone. Now, my contacts are updating nicely through iTunes.

No it's not. Can't find it anywhere ! Using ITunes 11.1.1 (11).
Same problem. Using 11.1.1 . Cannot sync iphone (ios7) to my Mac calander (have OS X). In fact, ALL of the info in my mac calendar was deleted.
There is no info tab across the top. And there is no info tab on the sidebar (and not on sidebar under device).

Apple got rid of the info tab in iTunes 11, if you are running Mavricks.
this is hardly resolved. I do not see any info tab in itunes on the computer, on the iphone or on the site. I see no info tab at all anywhere. The so called settings is in the iphone and its not there. the gear that is normally settings (not labelled of course) has no item in the drop down as info. There is no devices next to the itunes store. There is a devices 2 items down under the itunes store, you open that drop down arrow and there is no info button.
So where is this mysterious itunes button? It is getting very frustrating to come across solved help tickets that are not solved and short on info. Stating to look in itunes when there are several different itunes that are involved here does not help.
I can't believe that Apple removed the Info tab in iTunes 11. I am trying to sync my calendars and I can no longer select which calendars to sync?! What really ***** about this is that installing the latest version of iTunes doesn't tell you that important tools have been removed. This is unbelievable, how could they do this??

Apple did not remove it from iTunes. Sync Services was removed for OS X Mavericks. It was deprecate several years ago with OS X 10.7.
Where is the info tab on iTunes 11.0? I need to update my contacts to my iPhone 5.
