pc not recognizing shuffle when plugged into it
tried to plug in to computer, will not recognize at all,
iPod shuffle, Windows XP
Can't seem to get my Windows 7 running iTunes to recognize our new iPod shuffle to get it set up. Once the shuffle is connected to an USB, do we need to turn the shuffle on in order for it to be seen? Is there something else I need to do? This is getting very frustrating. Please advise.
