Buy a copy of Windows 7 and use the Boot Camp assistant to install windows on your Mac. That is about the only way.
Or buy a Windows PC.
Try running it through the CrossOver Games trial before purchasing anything.

Do you have any idea how demanding Battlefield 3 is? It brings top-end gaming notebooks to their knees if you want to run it with a respectable amount of detail.
The only way to do it properly is what Shootist said - use Boot Camp or buy a Windows machine. End of story.
My suggestion is the opposite order; Windows PC or top of the line MBP or iMac with BootCamp.
