My 2 days new iPhone 5 camera having very serious problem. Try to snap photo, but unfortunately that the screen went purple color, black out and camera not function. Having error mesagge of " Error Launching the camera. Please try again. ". Try to open Instagram and camera roll also fail to open. Try to reset and restore the phone, it back to normal for awhile. And same issue appear again. Any idea to settle this issue?

Does all this happened after updating to 6.0.2?
I dunno its hardware or software... but mine after I updating to 6.0.2.
As I heard I think we should send the iphone back and get a new one.
This was my problem ,maybe after upgrading to 6.0.2?,but apple dealer changed iphone to me and said this is factory problem.

Send your iphone to your Apple Dealer for (repair) and your dealer will for sure give you a new iphone if theres still guarantee cause it cant be repair with the camera problem...... hardware problem.
