iPad 2 won't let me log in my apps

I have an iPad 2 and after I updated to the iOS 6 I had problems logging into my Netflix app. I thought that it was the device limit and I deactivated all my devices and tried to log in with my iPad, but a "Connection Error" message popped up. I deleted the app and installed it again but the same thing happened. It's not a password problem because I was able to log in to Netflix with my iPhone with no problem. I share my iPad with my sister and she logged me out of my Facebook, but when I try to sign back in it just stays on the log in page with the loading icon. There isn't any message that pops up at all, it just stays there. It's the same when I try to log in my Pandora account. However, I have no problem logging in my other apps such as Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Tumblr, etc. I have already restored it twice, and not as backup either, and it's still the same. I was wondering if it was a Wi-Fi problem, but my other apps log in so I don't know. Has anyone else had a similar problem or know how to fix this?
