How do I retrieve a QT Pro Key?

How do I retrieve a QT Pro Key if I purchased it longer that 18 months ago? My Mackbook hard drive died and I would like to use pro when the mackbook returns with a new hard drive. My account only seems to go back 18 months even though I have had it for over 5 years.
