Q: passbook

When I open passbook I get the reward card of the last retailer I used so I can't get back to home screen or access any other passbook retailors.

PowerBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11), 800 MHz PowerPC 4, 1GB SDRAM

    Try the standard fixes:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup. See:

    iOS: How to back up

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

    -  Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Do not reset your device to fix this.

The problem is once you have your first pass, the button that links to the App Store is gone.  You can get back to the featured Passbook-enabled apps by following this link: http://itunes.com/passbookapps.  Hope that helps.
