Looking for more speed. So does anyone know if Apple has any intentions of releasing a Time Machine with firewire ports? If so when and as a side note when did Apple upgrade their Time Capsule to 802.11 and did it make much of a difference in speed or operating capabilities? Thank you for the help.

Sorry, but no one on a user-to-user forum will have any information about what a notoriously secretive company like Apple might do. Even if we did, the Terms of Use Agreement for this area....which we all "signed"....does not allow discussions of this type.

I thought that might be the case in regards to the 802.11 but I was not sure so thank you for the answer to that. In response to the previous I was hoping that someone might have heard a press release or news that I was not privy to. Thanks again
