How can i unlock iphone 4 locked to Swisscom, its out of contract now, 2 years passed, any help will be great..

Contact Swisscom and see if they can unlock it for you. Only the carrier that the phone is locked to can unlock it.
Apple's most recent information indicates that Swisscom does not unlock iPhones and the Swisscom web site for unlocking makes no mention of iPhones, but you can contact them and ask if their policy has changed.

Buy a new, unlocked phone or one designed for the carrier you want to use instead.

There is nothing you can do. As has been said several times now, Swisscom will not unlock your iPhone. What in that statement are you unable to understand?

You got it officially unlocked by Swisscom? If so, post the process here so that everyone knows what they need to do. If you got the iPhone hacked by someone or went through any other web site or service, then you did not get the iPhone officially unlocked.

Actually, even Apple says Swisscom does not unlock iPhones, in the official site they offer the unlock. You just have to send an SMS to 444 with the word UNLOCK.

You need to contact Swisscom and ask if they now allow unlocking. Only they can authorize unlocking of your iPhone.
