My iCloud has stopped working and seems to be asking for a non existent appleID.... Can't seem to get round it! Help.

What are you doing when it asks for your old ID?
Delete the account and add it back using the correct information.

So I have the same problem but when I go to delete the old account it gives me a message that it will delete documents from my ipad. I have lots of key pages docs that I cant lose. Will it delete them
I don't personally use Pages but I believe you can go to Settings>Pages, turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep your documents on your device. Do this before deleting the iCloud account.
