I can not see personnel hot spot in setting>> cellular, I have restore iPhone 5 twice but can not see this in china, china telecome nano SIM card.

In iPhone 5 iOS 6.0.2 can not see option in setting for setting>>cellular >> ? How to enable hot spot icon to choose. Cellular service provider china mobile , it's Internet and call service work well, iPhone have restore twice but can not see hot spot option.

Personal Hotspot is provided by the carrier, but not every carrier offers this service. Contact your carrier to make sure that you can get this option.
