Logic Pro 9.1.8 Crashing on file open

Greetings,

My newly installed Logic 9 Pro is crashing on me in the following instances:

+ Crashes on attempting to file/open. Key command or using menu

+ Crashes on attempting to close w/o saving

+ Crashes when attempting to print the score window.

Recent activity and updates include:

+ Cloned system hard drive prior to upgrades as safety net (I've been able to boot from the backup drive w/ the old set up and it still works fine w/ Leopard/logic 8)

+ Updated OS to Snow Leopard 10.6.8

+ Updated from Logic 8 Studio to 9 Pro (version 8 was solid)

+ Updated Digi002 (my i/o) CoreAudio driver:

Thoughts:

+ I've ruled out the digi002 as an issue because Logic sees/connects.

+ I'm wondering if there could be permissions issues because I cloned the drive prior to upgrade?

+ When I've had issues like this w/ other software I've been able to delete an application preference file and reboot. Not sure what file that would be for logic
