Just got a brand-new iPod Shuffle (fourth generation, late 2012). Loaded iTunes first (version 11) and then plugged in the Shuffle.
iTunes does not recognize the Shuffle.
Going to File >Devices does not show anything even though the Shuffle is currently plugged into the USB (2.0) port.
Please help!
