Video production input/output with facetime

We have a school that we are working local class and three remote class rooms - we have connected the remotes with 'GoToMeeting' - we are now looking into more production using a product called TriCaster 40 - but both of the products will not commit on production connections. As we are an apple shop I am looking for a more apple solution for this - as the WIN products suck big and blow hard on production - IMHO . . . It would seem that facetime would meed the need - but I can not find the i/o information for that. Can I get a i/o from facetime that can be a AV feed on a switcher?
